Monthly In-Person and Remote Reiki Wellness Subscription Membership Agreement
- Traveling Warrior Healer will track all membership sessions. Members are encouraged to track their sessions as well.
- For two sessions per month memberships, for ease of tracking, it is encouraged to schedule each of the two sessions within the same month, between the 1st and last day of the month. However, this is not required.
- For members who select two monthly sessions for their membership and experience a month where they can attend only one session, the membership rate will apply. The remaining membership months will continue as if two sessions were selected. Membership period remains at 3 or 6 months depending on the subscription that was chosen.
- Credit card information is captured upon scheduling the initial membership session(s). This is the same payment method which will be used for subsequent sessions, and credit card information can be updated at anytime by client or Traveling Warrior Healer at member’s request.
- Payment Terms
– Client agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee on an automatic payment basis.
– Payments will occur on the same date of each month for six consecutive months.
- Cancellation Policy
– The Client may cancel this subscription at any time within 30 days of the next scheduled payment.
– To initiate cancellation, the Client must provide written notice by email to the Service Provider at least 30 days before the next payment date. Please use email Phyllis@travelingwarriorhealer.com and in the Subject line use: Cancel Reiki Subscription Membership.
– There are no refunds for any payments made. Upon cancellation, the subscription will be terminated at the end of the 30-day notice period, and no further payments will be required.
- Session Usage
– While it is recommended that sessions be utilized at most 2 weeks apart, any accumulated unused Reiki visits will roll over into the subsequent month.
– Unused Reiki visits will not expire and can be used in future months; however, they must be utilized by the end of the 3 month or 6-month subscription period depending on the subscription chosen.
- Acceptance
– By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Monthly Reiki Wellness Subscription Agreement.
